To start a return, you can contact us at hello@youglow.in. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Any additional cost relating to shipping, express shipping, COD charges will not be refunded.

What are the payment methods available?
We accept Debit Card, Net-Banking, Paytm, Wallet, and Cash on Delivery (COD)*.*COD fee of 100/- applies. Only available for standard sizes. Tailored orders must be prepaid. Custom sizes, modifications, and added features are considered tailored products and must be prepaid.
How can I check if you deliver to my pincode?
We currently deliver to most pincodes in India. If you want to confirm your pin code, please mail us at hello@youglow.in
When will my order get shipped?
We aim to deliver your order in its perfect form, and therefore, we process and ship it as soon as we achieve that level of perfection. As all our products are made to order, we typically take 24-48 hrs working days to ship your garment from our warehouse
What is the estimated delivery time for my order?
We deliver all orders within India in 3-5 working days (excluding Sundays and public holidays) from the purchase date.
How do I track my order?
Log in to your Kanha Collection account and select "My Account" to view your order details. Alternatively, contact our customer care team at hello@youglow.in on weekdays (excluding Sundays and public holidays) from 10.00 am to 7.00 pm. You will get tracking on your WhatsApp number, link in your confirmation email or email us your order number and email address, and we will provide your order status.
What should I do if my item arrives damaged or defective?
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer care team at hello@youglow.in with pictures of the damage or defect to initiate a request for exchange or return. We will provide you with the best resolution possible.
What should I do if I receive the wrong product?
If you receive the wrong product, please email our customer care team at hello@youglow.in with pictures of the product to initiate a request for exchange or return. We apologize for any inconvenience caused and will do our best to help you.
How do I get a refund for my return?
For full price prepaid orders, we will refund the full amount back to your initial payment mode, such as your bank account or credit card. Please note that we do not refund cash for Cash On Delivery orders.
How will I know if my order is placed successfully?
You will receive an email and WhatsApp message for confirmation from hello@youglow.in with all the details related to your order once it is successfully placed.
