Exchanges (Product Issues Only)
We offer exchanges only in case of a genuine product issue or defect. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please email us at hello@youglo.in within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and your order details.
Once reviewed and approved, we will arrange a replacement set for you.
Refunds are only applicable in cases of verified manufacturing defects.
Didn’t Like the Design?
If you’re not happy with the design you selected, we offer a 15-day return window from the date of delivery.

The product must be unused and in its original packaging.

Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, a refund will be processed (excluding any shipping, express shipping, or COD charges).

Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Sale items, gift cards, and purchases made using coupon codes are not eligible for returns or refunds.
