At YOUGLO, we stand by the quality of our products.

Exchanges (Product Issues Only)

We offer exchanges only in case of a genuine product issue or defect. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please email us at hello@youglo.in within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and your order details.

Once reviewed and approved, we will arrange a replacement set for you.

Refunds are only applicable in cases of verified manufacturing defects.


Didn’t Like the Design?

If you’re not happy with the design you selected, we offer a 15-day return window from the date of delivery.

  • The product must be unused and in its original packaging.

  • Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned product, a refund will be processed (excluding any shipping, express shipping, or COD charges).


Important Notes

  • Returns must be initiated by emailing hello@youglo.in before sending the product back.

  • Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

  • Sale items, gift cards, and purchases made using coupon codes are not eligible for returns or refunds.

  • Shipping, express shipping, and COD charges are non-refundable.
